Ground up construction of a 4-story 88-unit low-rise residential / mixed-use building located in the University Heights section of the City of Newark, NJ.  The Sponsor has site control of the lot sufficient to build an 85,500-square-foot apartment complex.  The lot currently holds a 14,500-square building that the Sponsor will raze.  The unit will be within easy walking distance of the Central Avenue commercial corridor with access to several highly acclaimed academic institutions in the neighborhood.  Construction is set to begin in the first quarter 2023.
