William Crawley
Managing Partner
Mr. Crawley is a Managing Partner with Greenhouse Equity Fund.
Mr. Crawley is an experienced community development entrepreneur who has held a number of leadership positions over his 30-year career in real estate and community development.
Mr. Crawley is a co-founder and Chairman of Polaris American, a real estate business focused on community revitalization and economic justice via the building of affordable housing, community development, and investment in local communities
Mr. Crawley led the redevelopment organization responsible for overseeing the construction of the Prudential Center and the redevelopment of Newark’s Downtown Core. He has served as Vice President of Real Estate Development at the New York City Housing Authority, and as Senior Director Operations for the New Jersey Community Loan Fund.
Mr. Crawley earned his BA at Morehouse College, his J.D. at Boston University School of Law, and his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Graduate School of Business
Bill is a lifelong resident of New Jersey.
Maitland Stewart

Mr. Stewart is a Partner with Greenhouse Equity Fund.
A former Management Consulting Executive and Business Development professional, Mr. Stewart has over 30 years of experience as a business entrepreneur and a thought leader across customer strategy, business operations, process excellence, and solution delivery.
Mr. Stewart co-founded a market segment-defining management and technology consulting firm acquired 5 years after formation.
Mr. Stewart has worked extensively in senior and executive-level management consulting positions building executive-level relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, selling business and technology solutions, and leading large teams delivering multi-million dollar solutions for Fortune Top 50 companies. Over his career, he has worked for top-tier, mid-market, and start-up consulting firms, including PwC twice.
Mr. Stewart received his AB from Princeton University and his MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School.
Maitland resides in New Jersey.
