Objective:
Develop multiple properties capitalizing on the City of Newark’s syndicated investment partnership with Beth Israel Hospital and the surrounding community connected to the hospital.

Geography: Newark, NJ’s Bergen Street up to Lyons Avenue, surrounding Newark’s Beth Israel Hospital
